The hotel is ideally located near numerous attractions within walking distance, including the WAMU theater. The wooden platform beds might be unconventional, but they offer a unique experience. The service was friendly, but I was a bit disappointed when my request to change used old linen went unanswered. The hotel provides a range of services, from dry cleaning to welcome drinks, catering to various needs. The dining options were satisfactory, especially the grilled sandwiches.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed that my request to change obvious used old linen was not answered. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and near the market and restaurants. The service had some shortcomings, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The hotel is conveniently located near everything exciting that makes Seattle so great, offering a fantastic experience. The rooms provide a better view without extra cost, although some outdated linen could be improved. The service is good overall, but they didn't answer my request to change obvious used old linen. The location is perfect, within walking distance to sightseeing locations and local transportation. The dining experience was excellent with some delicious marmalade. The facilities are modern and convenient, enhancing the overall stay.
